1 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Lemon Twist

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail or old fashioned glass. Garnish with the orange slice.

Flaming Lamborghini

Absolute Summer

1 1/2 oz Absolut Citron Vodka
3/4 oz Sweet and Sour mix
1/2 oz Sprite soda
3 oz soda water
1 slice of lemon

Add all ingredients except lemon to shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain contents into ice filled collins glass. Garnish with lemon. *note* A great summer refresher. Shaking and straining the drink makes it frothy. This drink is also good when you need to ‘wet your whistle’. A good first drink of the afternoon or evening.

Electric Lemonade

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
7-Up or Sprite
Lemon Slice
Maraschino Cherry

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour over a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.

Mexican Leprechaun

 
2 oz. Tequila
½ oz. Rose’s Lime Juice
Ginger Ale
1 Lemon Wedge

Pour Tequila and lime juice into a mixing glass half filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Evil Corona

2 oz Absolut Citron vodka
1 bottle Corona beer
1  lime wedge

 Pour out the first 2 oz. of corona, and add 2 oz. of Absolut Citron. Cap top of bottle and turn upside down for about 5 seconds. Serve with a lime wedge.

Dog Piss

3 oz vodka
12 oz beer
4 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur

Dump the ingredients into a container and stir it. Don’t be fooled by the name it’s very simple and very delicious.

Kryptonite Shot

6 oz beer
6 oz orange juice
1 oz lime vodka

 Pour the orange juice and beer into a pint glass. Separately add the lime vodka to a shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass and drink.

Headhunter

1 oz lime juice
1 oz lemon juice
3 oz coconut milk
1 oz papaya juice
3 shots Bacardi 151 rum
4 shots Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
2 oz orange juice
4 oz beer

 Mix liquors (except beer) in a tall tumbler. Stir in the juices, and shake with ice. Slowly add the beer and stir to blend. Serve in a tall glass or a 1/2 coconut shell with the meat intact

Shark Attack

Inspired by shark week on the Discovery Channel. Super sweet, super strong, and sea-foam green.

1/2 cup White Rum
1/2 cup Southern Comfort
1/2 cup Hurricane Pucker
1/2 cup Ginger Ale
1 cup White Grape Juice
2 cups Crushed Ice

Mix everything in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Serve over ice in a chilled Collins Glass with cocktail umbrellas. Don’t put your feet in the water!
