For years I have struggled to find bikini bottoms that fit me right. They always seem to fit me loosely in the butt area and being a skinny girl, that doesn’t seem to look right. Once I started Go-go dancing, I discovered the amazing scrunchy butt bottoms. Scrunched in the middle of the bottom to fit everyone behinds nicely and make your butt look amazing. Life was even better when I found a shop that provided the cutest bikinis with scrunchy butts. I know, spit it out already. What’s the name of this amazing store? Parsons dropout Alexander Wang launched his first full women’s collection in 2007. The label embodies casually cool downtown style, drawing inspiration from the eighties, French chic, and rock grunge—always finished with a slouchy rolled-out-of-bed edge. Wang launched a diffusion line of pre-weathered cotton tees, tanks, and T-shirt dresses in spring 2009, T by Alexander Wang, as well as a footwear collection of towering platform sandals. He won the CFDA/VogueFashion Fund in 2008, an honor accompanied by a $20,000 award to expand one’s business. Megan Fox, Mary-Kate Olsen, Nicole Richie and Gwyneth Paltrow are just a few of Alexander Wangs distinguished clients.

The only label to have designed wedding dresses for both Jackie O. and J. Lo, Valentino is synonymous with opulence, extravagance, and drama. In business since 1960, Valentino Garavani made his mark early with intricately detailed, luxurious gowns and tastefully body-conscious silhouettes—even perfecting his own shade of Valentino Red. Since he hadn’t groomed an heir, the label is still trying to find its footing: Former Gucci designer Alessandra Facchinetti took over as head designer until being unceremoniously fired after her spring 2009 collection. Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, who had previously designed accessories for the label, were then named creative directors.

Megan Fox will replace model Lara Stone as the face of Giorgio Armani’s cosmetics. The 24-year-old star of Transformers already models for Armani in its jeans advertisements. “Mr. Armani is an iconic visionary for all things fashion. I’m honored to be associated with him and this campaign,” Fox said in a recent interview. She will appear in the make-up ads starting in October. “Megan embodies the spirit of the women of today. …Her beautiful features reveal femininity, sensuality, and strength,” Armani said of his choice.
